Staff Training 1 (ST1) is designed to ...

Enrich men with the knowledge and skills to share and deepen the
NWTA experience
• To show and strengthen facilitation skills to take back to a man's
I-group
• Give an overview of the processes, energy, structure, and
intention of the weekend
• Teach men just beginning their NWTA staffing experience
- Men who have yet to staff their first weekend
- Men who have staffed several times already
• Fulfill the MKP requirement that BSDT be
completed before a man staffs his 4th NWTA
The GUTS Training (offered as a stand-alone
training) is for men who …
• Are initiated men - Rookies & Senior Men
• Want to strengthen facilitation skills in NWTA and their I-Groups
• Want to add more tools to their facilitation tool box taught by a
Leader Trainer
• ST1 attendees participate in the GUTS
Training for no additional fee!

The St1 will be held on Friday March 11 and Sunday March 13.  The Guts Workshop is going to be held on March 12.

The Cost for the ST1 is $200 (includes the All Day Guts Training).
The Cost for the All Day Guts Training is $75.
