Staff Training #1
(ST1- Formerly BSDT)
When: Friday (6:30 pm - 10:30 pm) to Saturday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm) September 9 and 10, 2011.
Where: Van Horne House, 941 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ.
Why: For many reasons: 1) To look at leadership issues in your life. 2) To develop better staffing skills 3) To develop skills for your I-Group 3) To begin the MKP Leadership Training program
ST-1 is a brand new rewritten training! It will give you the opportunity to review and practice the processes of your New Warrior Adventure Training. You will concentrate on those skills and processes that a junior staffer might do on a weekend, but you will look at most of the processes on the weekend!
In addition, you will explore the Four Archetypes, have a discussion about how to get involved with the Lodgekeepers Society, learn about Shadow Watching and take a look atPower, Privilege and Difference through the lens of racism. Use this training as a “kick in the pants” in your Warrior work. Why not bring your whole I-Group to experience this new ST1?
Cost: $275.00 This includes training materials, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and snacks.

Preparations: For ST-1, you are requested to obtain and read Robert Moore and Doug Gillette’s book “King, Warrior, Magician, Lover: Rediscovering the Archetypes of the Mature Masculine”.
What to Bring: Notebook, pen, and your intention to grow!
Note: This training is required by MKP before a man can staff his 4th NWTA.
